First Visit

During your first visit to our office you will get the chance to meet our staff and your Chiropractor.  We have a simple 2-page form for you to fill out. Click here if you wish to download and complete the form with you to save time on the day. The first point of call is to see if we can help you. If we cannot, we will refer you to another health care practitioner and you will not be charged for the consult. If we do believe we can help, we will follow with an examination of your spine and nervous system.  X-rays may or may not be necessary, you and the Chiropractor will decide.

If your particular case is not complicated you may be treated on your first visit.  If the Chiropractor feels he needs more time to correlate your exam and/or your x-ray findings he may decide to wait until your second visit to begin treatment. In either case, we will explain everything we find to you and answer all of your questions before we begin any treatment.

Your first visit usually takes about 30 minutes.

Second Visit

The purpose of your second visit is for the Chiropractor to discuss with you what he has found concerning your condition, if he believes he can help you, how long it will take to fix the problem, and how much it will cost.

We call this a “report of findings”.  As we mentioned earlier, we may be able to do this on your first visit.  Which ever the case may be with you, your treatment will begin after your “report of findings” whether that is on the first visit or the second visit.

Subsequent Visits

Once you are established as a patient in our office, routine treatments are very casual and do not take long.  In most cases, you are in and out of our office in 10 to 30 minutes depending on what type of treatment you and the doctor decide suits your needs.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes. We recognise your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimise the impact on your busy life or work schedule.
